These terms cover the use of this website. Using Symphony itself, once we have set you up, is covered by a separate agreement we make with you.

This website and Symphony are run by Symphony POS Co., Ltd., Maret, Ko Samui District, Surat Thani 84310, Thailand.

This website

The site tells you about Symphony and lets you ask us to get in touch. Please give true details when you sign up, and do not use the form to send spam or anything unlawful. We may ignore or delete requests that look automated or abusive.

Changes to Symphony

Symphony is new: its features and availability may change. Symphony checks each request before an account is made, and a request does not create a contract or guarantee that we will offer you an account.

What we show

The pictures of the screens on this site are there to show the layout. Figures in them are examples, not any real business’s.

Liability

We try to keep this site correct and available, but we give no promise that it will always be. This site and the information on it are provided as they are, and we are not responsible for decisions made only on the strength of them.
